Acceptable value, PEACEFUL 3 star hotel. Liked the room, it was cheap with a separate bedroom, excellent breakfast plus the fluffy cloud-like bed. There also was good parking and clean pool.

Staff and location were excellent, and the hotel itself was inexpensive. For breakfast they offered eggs, slices of fresh bread, cereals, fruit and hot waffles. Swimming pool was nice too.

by and large, it was good home base for sightseeing in las cruces, had much fun. we had double room with excellent breakfast, super-comfy bed, as for instance. overall the staff was understanding.

Simply no complaints, excellent stay. Funny staff, cozy hotel, welcoming room. The breakfast choice was outstanding with cereals, eggs and grits. An amazing beach, fabulous view.

The staff were charming and I loved the cozy decorations in the room. The bedroom was separate and the bed was very very comfy. I had flat-screen TV, a writing table and an iron. Found in a very quiet area.

The hotel was pet-friendly, the room was convenient, the beds were lovely. Loved coffee and complimentary wireless internet in the room. Very very good breakfast, helpful service. The pool bar was good and the staff were very knowledgeable. It was a superb stay.

Could be great for short stay. Location was convenient, breakfast was hot. As picky eaters we loved to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Wienerschnitzel couple of times, it was 15 mins walk away.

The room was updated & fine and the location was cozy. Cereals, eggs and grits were healthy and complemented the bagged breakfast. The pool area was heated too.
